The Clifton Sausage will be celebrating British Sausage Week 2010 in style. We will be hosting the South West regional finals for the British Sausage Week competition on Tuesday 2nd November at 2.30pm. Guest judge Craig Revel Horwood will be joining us at The Clifton Sausage to taste the very best of the regions bangers and select the best to go through to the National finals.
Last year’s regional winning sausage, a delicious blend of pork and orange marmalade will be available during Sausage Week as will around 30 other flavours of sausage for you to try. From classic tastes such as Old Spot pork and apple to the more unusual beef, beetroot and vodka sausage, there is somthing for everyone’s taste.
