The ‘Sausage’ specialises in traditional and classic British dishes as well as sausages, unpretentious yet universal in their appeal.

Of the many varieties supplied at least six (including home made vegetarian) usually appear on the menu at one time. They are served with either mash or champ (mash with chopped spring onion) and onion gravy or the classic toad in the hole. Over 100,000 sausages are consumed every year at the Clifton Sausage.
